The 2026 Caymas 291 is a 28.5-foot center console powered by twin Yamaha F350XSB2 outboards delivering 700 horsepower. The boat features a Seakeeper gyro stabilization system, dual 8-foot white Powerpoles, and a Bob's Hydraulic jackplate with dual actuators for shallow-water operation. Navigation is handled by dual Garmin 8616XSV displays and a Garmin 215VHF radio.

Seating is arranged around the console with forward wraparound seating, a large chaise lounge with integrated insulated cooler and fishbox, and LeBroc captain's chairs. The galley includes a freshwater system, a Frigid Rigid cooler with slide access, and a porcelain marine head with blackwater tank. A leaning post and cutting board complete the working areas.
