The 2026 Chaparral 8 SSX is a 28-foot fiberglass bowrider powered by a single 380 hp Mercury engine. Built with modern styling and solid construction, it offers a practical balance of open-water capability and social space, with a beam of 8.5 feet providing stability and room for passengers.

The cockpit features Cayenne-colored interior seating, while the bow provides additional lounging area. A black canvas canopy and folding hardtop tower offer shade and weather protection.
