The 2026 Chittum Skiffs 21 Islamorada is a 21-foot fiberglass flats boat built for shallow-water fishing on the northern Gulf. It features a 12-degree hull design paired with a Mercury 200 Pro XS Digital Shift V8 engine, delivering the speed and efficiency expected of a modern skiff in this class. The boat comes on a custom Ameratrail trailer with aluminum wheels, swing tongue, and walkboard.

The layout centers on a working platform with multiple storage and fishing features. A diamond-shaped bow casting platform and an aft casting platform both serve as fishing stations, with the rear platform doubling as a step. Rod storage runs along the starboard console side with additional under-gunnel positions for fly and spinning rigs. The center aft livewell and crabwell both include airstones, while a 45-gallon fuel tank provides extended range. Navigation and electronics include a Simrad NSS12 EVO GPS and sounder with thru-hull transducer, linked via NMEA 2000 to the Mercury engine.

Creature comforts include a 12-inch dashboard console with an Edson steering wheel and Seastar hydraulic steering, a JL Audio stereo system, red LED under-gunnel lighting, and seadeck grip on the platforms and gunwales. The boat features a 7-hatch layout with clear carbon bulkheads, a 10-inch hull pad, and sound deadening throughout. An 8-foot Power Pole and 36-volt Power Pole Move 52-inch trolling motor with dedicated charger are installed, along with two bilge pumps, a 6-inch Bob's jackplate, and a 12-volt battery charger.
