2026 Chris-Craft Catalina 28
About This Yacht
The Catalina 28 is a 28-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Mercury engines producing 600 hp total. The boat is equipped with joystick control and a 12-inch Garmin display with CZone switching at the helm, where a teak steering wheel takes center position. An inductive phone charger and powered USB ports support device connectivity from the helm station.
The helm offers flexible seating options: a reversible seat paired with a sliding YETI cooler, or an upgraded wide seat with optional cockpit galley. The galley features a refrigerator drawer, freshwater sink, ample drawer storage, and a tip-out trash receptacle. Flip-up armrests and bolster padding enhance comfort for extended time at the controls.
Forward seating spans the bow with hinged backrests for lounging comfort and storage beneath each seat. Magnetic seat cushions, USB ports, and solid-surface countertops provide both utility and style throughout the cockpit. The extended swim platform features synthetic teak flooring with optional Heritage packages offering genuine teak as an alternative. A handheld shower and optional pop-up ski pylon are built in and stow away when not in use.
One head is incorporated into the layout. The boat rides on a 9-foot, 8-inch beam and includes a full navigation suite with room for optional dual 12-inch displays. Optional upgrades are available to personalize the boat's finishing and feature set.
