The 2026 Cobalt R4 Surf is a 24-foot fiberglass ski and wake boat built for serious surface water sports. It runs on a Volvo V8-300 CE DP forward-drive engine, delivering the power needed for towing and wave creation. The boat features a Graphite Grey hull paired with a full-color Rich Ebony deck, bottom, and boot stripe, with stainless steel Cobalt lettering and starboard surf branding.

The helm is outfitted with dual Garmin glass displays and a rear-facing camera for visibility. A Black Surf Arch with a folding sunshade sits above the helm, fitted with soft wakeboard racks and canvas covers for the arch, bow, and cockpit. The swim platform includes a surf mat and underwater lighting for evening sessions.

The cabin features Caramel Carbon upholstery and premium cockpit matting. A premium audio system with arch speakers and a wireless phone charger round out the entertainment setup.
