The 2026 Cobalt R8 Outboard is a 27.8-foot fiberglass bowrider built for entertaining and water sports. Twin Yamaha engines producing 600 horsepower combine for strong acceleration and agile handling, with the dual-engine setup offering added reliability and control for docking and maneuvering in close quarters.

The open bow layout prioritizes comfort and social space, with a dinette table in solid teal and electric adjustable seating for the helm. A board ladder on the port side provides easy water access for swimming and water sports. Standard equipment includes a bow tonneau cover in ebony, stainless steel docking lights, a battery charger, and a Reverso engine flush system for twin outboards to support regular maintenance.
