The 2026 Cobalt R8 Outboard Coastal Edition is a 27.8-foot bowrider engineered for coastal cruising and day trips in variable water conditions. Its design prioritizes a higher freeboard and deep cockpit that deliver a drier ride in rougher seas. Power comes from a Mercury 350 HP outboard engine with power assist steering. The hull is finished in black with white stripe and white bottom, complemented by a Summit/Frost interior.

The boat accommodates multiple passengers with an expansive layout featuring a large bow area and extended cockpit space. A full galley with sink, dinette table with teak accents, and a head with electric porcelain toilet support comfortable entertaining.
