2026 Contender 26 Bay

The Contender 26 Bay is a 26-foot fiberglass bay boat built for shallow-water fishing and light offshore work. Its stepped hull design combines shallow-draft capability with offshore stability, and the layout centers on expansive casting decks and tournament-grade rigging suitable for serious anglers.

The boat is highly configurable. Power options range from single Yamaha or Mercury outboards between 300 and 450 horsepower, with choices of hydraulic or electric steering, jack plates for shallow-water access, and trim tab packages for ride control. Console options span standard to deluxe designs with integrated windshields, and the boat accepts flush-mount electronics from Garmin, Simrad, or Raymarine. Storage includes dual livewells (up to 40 gallons), under-gunwale rod storage, and tackle drawer systems, with optional rod holders on the console, gunwales, and leaning post.

Deck and seating arrangements feature a forward lounge with insulated storage, rear jump seats with fold-down backrests, and an optional hard or soft T-top with rod holders and lighting. Freshwater and raw water washdown systems are available. Additional equipment options include Power Pole or trolling motor integration, custom switch panels, VHF radio, and dual battery setups.

Finish choices include solid, two-tone, or custom gelcoat hull colors, premium upholstery with diamond stitching or custom embroidery, JL Audio sound systems, and LED lighting. Custom trailer packages are offered for transport.
