The Cutwater C-248 Coupe is a 30-foot fiberglass cruiser built on a double-stepped hull and powered by a Yamaha F250 outboard engine. At 8.5 feet in beam, the boat is trailerable and designed for both lake and coastal cruising. Standard equipment includes electric trim tabs, a bow thruster, and laminar flow interrupters for efficient performance across varying water conditions.
The cabin layout centers on a forward stateroom, midship berth, and convertible dinette that sleeps four. The galley is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric and alcohol cooktop, and sink with hot and cold water. A marine toilet with holding tank and pump-out serves the head. Cabin amenities include Fusion multi-zone stereo, LED and indirect lighting, opening portlights, and solar reflective hatches. A pilothouse roof hatch provides natural ventilation and light.
The cockpit features a built-in fish box and cooler, dedicated sink, opening glass bulkhead with reversible seating, and soft-top cover. Helm station equipment includes a Garmin 943xsv with GPS and sonar, Yamaha color engine display, VHF radio with DSC, and electronic shift and throttle controls. The deck carries an electric windlass, anchor package, stainless steel bow ladder and swim ladder, swim step, and pop-up ski pylon.
Electrical systems include AC and DC panels, inverter, battery charger, and galvanic isolator. Shore power connects via 30A SmartPlug inlet. The self-bailing cockpit sits atop a foam-filled fiberglass stringer grid with vinylester barrier coat. Fuel capacity is 116 gallons, with fresh water at 22 gallons and waste capacity of 11 gallons.
