The Cutwater C-248 Coupe is a 30-foot cruiser built on a fiberglass double-stepped hull and powered by a single Yamaha 250 hp outboard engine. The design blends contemporary styling with classic Downeast influences, offering a 360-degree view from the helm. An innovative aft bulkhead window opens to allow the dinette seat to function as a rear-facing cockpit seat, expanding the boat's versatility for entertaining and relaxation.
Below deck, the boat sleeps up to six across three sleeping areas. The forward stateroom features wrap-around seating and a high-low table that drops to create a complete berth. The main salon contains a dinette for four that converts into a berth for two, with a mid-berth tucked below for children or storage. A private head and galley round out the accommodations, with the galley fitted with a sink with hot and cold water, stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator-freezer.
The double-stepped hull design increases efficiency and reduces fuel consumption while aiding quick planing. Laminar Flow Interrupter technology is integrated into the hull for smooth and positive cornering. Standard equipment includes a 9-inch Garmin GPS chartplotter with sonar, color Yamaha engine display, VHF radio, Bluetooth-enabled Fusion stereo, LED lighting, marine head with holding tank, sport racks, built-in rod holders, fish box, integrated transom cooler, concealed ski tow, integrated trailer lighting, and foldaway cockpit seating with bolster cushions.
