2026 Cutwater C-288 Coupe

The 2026 Cutwater C-288 Coupe is a 33.5-foot fiberglass cruiser built around a contemporary Downeast design and powered by twin Yamaha outboards producing 500 horsepower combined. The hull employs a double-stepped deep-V construction with laminar flow interrupters and reversed chines for smooth handling and efficiency. A 10-foot beam balances interior volume with on-water stability while keeping the boat trailerable. Joystick control comes standard.

The cockpit centers on a wrap-around swim platform and includes a convertible sunset seat, fold-down gunwale seats, an opening glass bulkhead lounge, rod holders, beverage holders, a livewell, and an electric grill. Overhead solar panels and sport racks support extended cruising and carry kayaks, SUPs, and bikes. The salon features a full galley with propane stovetop, convection microwave, stainless sink with pull-out faucet, refrigerator-freezer, and wine/water cooler.

The helm showcases a Garmin 8612xsv chartplotter with GPS and sonar, xHD radar, color engine displays, and twin-lever electronic throttle control. Garmin autopilot is included. The interior climate control offers sliding overhead hatches and opening portlights. Accommodations sleep six across a forward master stateroom with flatscreen TV, Bluetooth stereo, opening hatches and accent lighting; a mid-berth; and a private head with shower. An air conditioning and lithium-ion battery upgrade is available for climates requiring climate control.
