The Deo Juvante C24 is a 79-foot composite catamaran powered by twin MAN diesel engines producing nearly 1,000 horsepower. Built for extended ocean passages and extended time at sea, the design prioritizes seaworthiness and efficiency. The boat cruises at 11 knots with a range of 3,500 nautical miles, and is capable of reaching 13 knots at full speed.
At 230 gross tons, the interior offers space comparable to a 35-meter monohull. The accommodation plan includes five cabins and five heads. The master cabin spans the full beam and benefits from separate crew quarters access, supporting both family living and independent crew operations.
Systems are built with redundancy throughout, suited to ocean cruising and extended offshore living. Solar panels provide power for hotel loads, with the option to add a kite propulsion system for hybrid operation. The design draws on four decades of cruising experience and collaboration between the New Zealand naval architects Lomocean and interior designer Kurt Wallaeys.
