The Evotti 721QL is a 23-foot aluminum pontoon powered by a single 250 hp Yamaha engine. Built on a triple-tube platform with stepped chines, the hull incorporates metal jacket tube coating and full waveshield coverage for durability and performance on the water. The boat planes quickly and handles well in varied conditions, with a 50-gallon fuel tank and in-floor storage for gear. Hydraulic steering and a ski tow bar are standard equipment.

The layout centers on a quad lounge arrangement with four spacious chaise loungers, making it well-suited for entertaining and social outings. The helm features a fiberglass elevated station with adjustable-height pedestal, glass windscreen, and premium steering wheel. A wide display screen and Fusion stereo head unit manage navigation and entertainment. Interior lighting includes RGB toe-kick and cup lighting, and the cabin is equipped with six 7.7-inch JL speakers plus a subwoofer and amplifier. Three to five wireless phone chargers and a lockable console door are included.

The exterior is finished with blackout rails, reinforced bow rails, side skirting, and accent panels. A power top with integrated lights provides sun and weather protection, while in-rail docking lights, a flip-up midship cleat, and pull-up cleats at bow and stern support docking and mooring. A black Lillipad ladder and four fender clips with two deck-mounted fenders complete the hardware package. Dual battery system and gate retainers with lights round out the standard specifications.
