The 2026 Evotti 723CS is a 25.5-foot aluminum pontoon powered by a single Yamaha 250 hp engine. Built on a triple-tube hull with stepped chines, the boat features in-floor storage, a 70-gallon fuel tank, metal jacket tube coating, and full coverage waveshield. Hydraulic steering and a ski tow bar support water sports, while a power top with integrated lighting provides weather protection and ambient lighting.

The convertations layout centers on a convertible stern design with two forward chaise loungers and a 7-position stern lounger that adapts to entertaining, relaxing, or lounging. The helm includes a fiberglass elevated console with marine mat, adjustable height pedestal, glass windscreen, and premium steering wheel. Seating extends to a co-captain position at the helm.

Entertainment and convenience systems are integrated throughout, including a wide display screen, Fusion stereo head unit, and six 7.7-inch JL speakers with subwoofer and amplifier. A stern stereo remote allows control from the lounge area.
