2026 Evotti 723CS

The 2026 Evotti 723CS is a 23-foot aluminum tritoon with a Yamaha F300XSB2 outboard engine. Built on the EVO3 tritoon platform with stepped lifting strakes and reinforced bow skin, it combines saltwater-rated construction with modern handling features including integrated steering, hydraulic power-assist, and full-coverage wave shield.

The cabin layout centers on an elevated helm station with a Garmin 15-inch wide-screen display and glass windshield. Audio and entertainment come from a JL head unit paired with six JL speakers, a powered subwoofer, and amplifier, complemented by RGB interior lighting. The extended aft deck includes a Lily Pad ladder and accommodates a table-and-pedestal dining setup. Seating is dressed in steel grey vinyl upholstery over evolution-pattern flooring.

Equipment includes a power-assist bimini top with interior lighting, integrated ski tow bar, blackout rails with deck-mounted fender storage and EVO fender clips, and a 70-gallon fuel tank. Electrical systems feature dual batteries with selector switch. A Marine Master galvanized bunk tritoon trailer with torsion axles, hydraulic brakes on both axles, quick-slide bunks, and aluminum wheels with spare tire completes the package. The boat is finished in pearl white gloss with diamond black satin accents.
