2026 Excel 1854 F4

The 2026 Excel 1854 F4 is an 18-foot aluminum runabout built for shallow water operation. The hull features a 54-inch bottom and 69-inch beam with a tapered chine design that delivers responsive turning. The F4 step-deck provides easy entry and exit, and the slick bottom is engineered to glide over skinny water, vegetation, and obstacles with minimal resistance when paired with a surface-drive motor.

The boat comes fitted with an 11-gallon fuel tank and includes a Mud Buddy HDR5400 EFI engine painted to match the hull. Interior amenities feature high-definition Optifade Marsh EVA foam flooring in teak and black, along with an LED interior light package in green. A swivel LED headlight, color-matched to the boat, is mounted on the bow. The build incorporates 0.125-inch hull construction and includes 6-gauge trolling motor wiring.

An aluminum single-axle trailer is included with the purchase. The trailer is fitted with 14-inch aluminum wheels, a matching spare wheel and mount, plastic composite bunk covers, and deluxe LED lights. The boat comes with freight, prep work, and battery included.
