The 2026 Excel Shallow Water F4 1754 is a 17-foot deck boat built for shallow-water operation. It features a .125-hull construction with a single gasoline engine and comes equipped with an aluminum trailer.

The boat is outfitted with practical fishing-focused equipment including a 11-gallon built-in fuel tank, livewell, trolling motor prewiring, LED light bar, and spud poles for anchoring in shallow areas. The hull carries a Mossy Oak camouflage finish, and the engine bay receives matching cosmetics. A Mud Buddy HDR system is integrated into the design.
