The 2026 Fountain 38 Tournament Edition is a purpose-built sportfish powered by three Mercury Verado V10 400 engines totaling 1,200 horsepower. With 50 hours on the engines, the boat features the Mercury DTS integrated throttle and shift system paired with Mercury Vessel View 903 monitoring. The fiberglass hull measures 38 feet in length with a 10-foot-6-inch beam.
Navigation and electronics are comprehensive: twin 16-inch Garmin 8616xsv GPS/chartplotter/fishfinder displays with Airmar B175 transducer, twin Garmin VHFs with antennas, and a magnetic compass on the dash. The entertainment system includes a Fusion RA 770 touch-screen unit with built-in Wi-Fi, JL Audio speakers, and dual amplifiers. A Rigid Industries dual-row LED light bar is mounted above the helm.
The boat is rigged for serious fishing with a 55-gallon livewell integrated into a mezzanine seat, a 380-quart coffin box forward cooler with D-ring seal and padded seat, seven fish and storage boxes throughout, rod storage racks under the gunwales, and outrigger bases. Additional rod and cup holders line the gunwales. Bow seating features molded fiberglass construction with removable upholstered backrests and storage compartments beneath. High-performance trim tabs with indicators and a ProTournament four-bank charging system complete the package. The boat is finished in Kingston gel coat on the hull with white console sides and accent trim, gloss white powder coat, and white Matrix upholstery with metallic charcoal accents.
