The 2026 Fountaine Pajot FP44 is a 43.5-foot sailing catamaran designed around the principle of convivial cruising. The wide beam of 24.41 feet creates a spacious platform, while the design balances performance under sail with comfort at rest. The discrete coachroof, subtly inverted sheer line, and sleek rig work together to deliver both elegance and seaworthiness.
The deck layout features dual helm and manoeuvring stations, with generous relaxation space distributed across the cockpit, flybridge, and forward areas. The enlarged central nacelle provides expanded volume and storage. Large opening windows and a forward serving hatch blur the line between indoor and outdoor living, while the fully integrated interior layout maintains connectivity throughout the boat.
Propulsion comes from twin Yanmar engines of 60 horsepower each, complemented by optional electric drive. Solar panels up to 2,000 watts are available, offering sustainable power generation for extended cruising. The catamaran is available with the ODSea+ electric drivetrain option.
Built from fiberglass, this new arrival represents current Fountaine Pajot construction standards for cruising catamarans intended for both coastal and offshore sailing.
