The 2026 Fountaine Pajot FP51 is a 51-foot sailing catamaran built in fiberglass, powered by twin Yammer diesel engines of 114 hp each and cruising at 8 knots. The design represents a new generation for Fountaine Pajot, developed in collaboration with Olivier Racoupeau's design team and focused on environmental performance alongside traditional cruising comfort.
The deck layout has been completely redesigned to maximize usable space and ease of movement. A key feature is the full opening between the saloon and cockpit, creating better communication between the galley and large cockpit dining area while amplifying the sense of openness throughout the boat. The flybridge includes a generous lounge and sunbathing area fitted with flush-deck solar panels capable of producing 2000 watts—generating roughly five times more renewable energy than comparably equipped yachts.
The boat is available in four interior configurations, with cabins and heads ranging from four of each to six of each. All cabin layouts include dedicated bathroom spaces. The Full Maestro version features an expansive owner's cabin that spans the entire port hull, while a double Maestro layout offers another exclusive variation. Each configuration prioritizes comfort for extended cruising while maintaining the catamaran's sailing performance and environmental approach.
