The Freedom Boats 24 Defender is a center console built for shallow-water running and coastal work. At nearly 24 feet with an 8.5-foot beam, the composite hull draws just 3 inches and combines walkable gunnels with a riser box for durability and access. Power comes from a single 250 hp Yamaha engine fed by a 56-gallon fuel tank.
The layout centers on a raised console with live well, flanked by bucket seats. Behind the console sits a transom live well, and a rear bench seat with rod holders provides additional seating and storage for fishing gear. Stainless steel cleats, a stainless steel propeller, and trim tabs with LED lights are standard equipment.
Rigging includes dual 8-foot Power Poles for anchoring, an Atlas hydraulic jack plate with adjustable trim, a tall fold-down bimini top, and powder-coated aluminum hardware throughout. The boat rides on a blacked-out aluminum trailer fitted with aluminum wheels and a spare tire.
