The 2026 Front Runner 55 Catamaran is a 55-foot fiberglass catamaran built on a 16-foot beam, powered by four Mercury 600 V12 Verado outboards delivering 2,400 horsepower total. The boat features Mercury Skyhook joystick control with digital anchoring and steerable gearcases, paired with Digital Throttle & Shift for responsive handling in any condition. Standard Garmin electronics include triple 19-inch touchscreens, a 1 kW transducer with high and low chirp, autopilot, radar, VHF radio, and XM radio with weather integration.
The layout combines a spacious helm station with a climate-controlled cabin featuring air conditioning, galley with sink and refrigerator/freezer, and plush seating areas. A forward sun lounge and optional transom bench seating maximize deck space and entertaining options. One head is included in the accommodations.
Fishing-focused features include dual transom livewells, a large insulated coffin box, and up to 14 rod holders. The boat is built semi-custom, allowing extensive personalization of hull colors, gelcoat finishes, outrigger systems, and electrical reel outlets. Optional upgrades range from Rupp outriggers and FLIR thermal camera to dual Seakeeper gyros, an ice maker, JL Audio sound system with 10 speakers and 3 subwoofers, LED underwater lighting, and synthetic teak decking.
