The 2026 Grady-White Canyon 271 is a 27-foot center console powered by dual Yamaha F300 outboards producing 600 total horsepower. The hull features a sage gray gel coat with matching underside finish, and the boat rides on an aluminum frame with composite stringers and a water-impervious transom. Standard construction includes hand-laid fiberglass throughout the hull and deck, a self-bailing cockpit with four stainless steel drains, and full 316-grade stainless steel hardware bolted through the deck.

The boat is outfitted with substantial fishing capability. Twin insulated fish boxes—one 198-quart aft and two 85-quart forward—keep catches cold, while a 198-quart aft box includes integrated lighting and overboard drain. The cockpit features a casting platform with cushion, bow table ready for a casting platform insert, and comfort details including cockpit bolsters, eight stainless drink holders, and a recessed freshwater shower.
