The 2026 Grady-White Canyon 271 is a 27-foot center console built for offshore fishing and open-water performance. Powered by twin Yamaha 300 outboards delivering 600 total horsepower, the boat reaches speeds around 55 mph and runs on Grady-White's SeaV² hull design—a hand-laid fiberglass construction with 20-degree transom deadrise engineered for a smooth offshore ride. The boat carries 186 gallons of fuel and draws 23 inches, with a cockpit depth of 27 inches and 7'10" bridge clearance.

The fishing-focused layout includes a 32-gallon insulated aft livewell with full-column distribution inlet and light, a 198-quart insulated aft fish box with overboard drain and light, and dual 85-quart insulated forward fish boxes. Rod storage comprises six horizontal lockable slots, three horizontal racks, and eight fixed rod holders positioned at the bow and around the cockpit. A raw water washdown system, cutting board rigging station, and integrated outboard mounting with swim platform and ladder round out the fishing setup.

Accommodations and comfort include an enclosed head compartment, port and starboard bow seating with foldaway bolstered backrests, forward bolsters throughout the bow, cockpit bolsters, and a foldaway aft bench seat with cushion.
