The 2026 Gulf Coast Saber Cat is a 21-foot bay boat built on a composite tunnel hull designed for shallow-water access and rough-water capability. Powered by a single 200 hp Suzuki outboard, it drafts approximately 9.5 inches and can run in less than 5 feet of water while maintaining stability and speed. The boat planes quickly and reaches top speeds over 60 mph depending on setup.

The open-concept layout prioritizes fishing functionality with multiple dry storage compartments, spacious casting decks, and a center console design.
