2026 Helmsman Trawlers 43 Sedan

The 43 Sedan is a contemporary trawler built on the proven hull of the 43E Pilothouse, featuring a single-level saloon and helm station with full covered walk-around side decks. The high bow, bulwark side entry doors, and full walk-around design enhance safety and practicality across all conditions. A generous flybridge with boat deck offers flexibility in helm and seating arrangements—centerline helm with L-shaped settee or starboard helm with U-shaped dinette—while the boat deck provides substantial space for a tender and deck furniture.

Below, the layout centers on two staterooms: a roomy owner's stateroom with large hanging lockers, wall shelving, drawers, and an ensuite head with enclosed shower; and a guest stateroom with double berth, hanging locker, and storage. A second head with enclosed shower serves as day head. A single-stateroom configuration is available, along with custom layouts. The interior incorporates acoustic and thermal hull lining around the master stateroom, roofline and deck water management, and sound attenuation throughout.

The boat is powered by a single 380-hp Cummins diesel engine. The large cockpit features a full-length cover, and the entire upper deck is finished with a no-drip edge. An optional hardtop over the flybridge is available.
