2026 Hewescraft 160 Sportsman

The 2026 Hewescraft 160 Sportsman is a 16-foot aluminum runabout powered by a 90 hp Honda engine. Built for fishing and recreational boating, the boat features a self-baling bow deck with treadplate and integrated storage, a 27-gallon fish box in the bow with diamond plate hatch, and practical rod grippers mounted on both sides of the gunwale. The aluminum hull measures 7.17 feet across the beam and rides on an EZ Loader trailer.

The control station centers on a side-mount setup with analog technology and stainless steel steering wheel. The dashboard holds six water-resistant rocker switches, a fuel gauge, and provisions for additional instrumentation via one panel knock-out and a six-gang expansion fuse block. A lockable glove box, under-console storage shelves, and port and starboard storage trays provide stowage throughout the cockpit. High-back swivel seats with horseshoe suspension and dry-box lids offer comfortable seating.

Standard equipment includes a 25-gallon fuel system, battery selector switch, single automatic bilge pump, LED navigational and removable anchor lights, double welded bow eye, four 8-inch welded gunwale cleats, and grab handles at the windshield and port inwale. A walk-through door with dual latches accesses the bow, while the transom features an access panel with hinge and vent. Transducer brackets sit port and starboard. The boat is finished in light gray throughout.
