The 2026 Highfield Patrol 660 is a 21-foot rigid inflatable built on a commercial-grade aluminum hull with a deep V design and wide chines for stability and a soft ride in rough conditions. The hull is fabricated from 5083 aluminum plate with reinforced stringers, creating a robust structure designed to handle demanding work and extended cruising. Dark grey Hypalon tubes of 58cm diameter with welded seams and flush-mount non-return valves complete the construction. The boat planes readily on modest horsepower and can carry substantial loads.
The deck is self-draining with integrated under-deck fuel tankage of 140 liters, anti-slip surface, lifting and towing points, and comprehensive protection via heavy-duty rubbing strake and keel guard. The cockpit features a stainless steel console with a three-person rear bench seat and twin jockey seats, both with storage compartments.
Power comes from a Honda BF150 XRU outboard with hydraulic steering and internal fuel tanks. Navigation and communication equipment includes a Garmin UHD2 75 chartplotter, Garmin VHF 115i radio, and a Fusion Apollo SRX400 stereo with two 6.5-inch LED speakers. The boat carries Design Category C certification and can be configured with commercial coding where required. An upgrade to the BF200 DXRU engine is available as an option.
