The Highfield Patrol 700 is a 23.6-foot aluminium rigid inflatable built for both family cruising and demanding commercial work. The hull combines 5083 aluminium plating with reinforcing stringers and a deep V hull design with wide chines, delivering a soft, dry ride and high manoeuvrability in rough conditions. The large-diameter inflatable tubes are made from Hypalon and measure 58cm, contributing to its stability and safety characteristics. Powered by a single Honda DF200 DXRU outboard with hydraulic steering, the boat planes readily and carries substantial loads efficiently.
The deck layout features an integrated under-deck fuel tank holding 285 litres, self-draining design, and integrated transom supports for structural integrity. Forward seating comprises two bolster seats, while a three-person rear bench seat with storage provides additional accommodation. The gunwale includes a heavy-duty rubbing strake and keel guard, with lifting points and towing eyes throughout.
Navigation and communication equipment includes a Garmin UHD2 75 seven-inch chartplotter, Garmin VHF 115i radio with GT20-TM transducer, and a Fusion Apollo SRX400 sound system with two XS Sport 6.5-inch LED speakers. The boat carries a Design Category C rating and is available with MCA commercial coding, making it suitable for charter operations and offshore work. An overall mooring cover is included.
