The Highfield Patrol 860 is an aluminum rigid inflatable built to handle both family cruising and demanding commercial work. Twin Honda BF250 DXRU and DXCRU outboards power the boat, which carries up to 20 people. The hull is constructed from 5083 aluminum plate with 6mm and 10mm stringers, designed with a deep V, wide chines, and large-diameter tubes to deliver responsive handling, safety, and a smooth ride in rough conditions. The boat is rated Design Category B and can be configured with commercial coding and MCA rating for offshore operations.
The deck features 56cm and 40cm diameter Hypalon tubes in black or light grey, with a self-draining surface, anti-slip treatment, heavy-duty rubbing strake, and keel guard. An integrated under-deck fuel tank holds 430 liters. The layout includes a SUS 950 console, an RST 1200 rear bench seat with storage for three, and twin jockey seats with storage forward. Lifting points and towing eyes are integrated throughout.
Electronics comprise a Garmin UHD2 75 seven-inch chartplotter, Garmin VHF 115i radio, and Garmin GT20-TM transducer. Audio comes from a Fusion Apollo SRX400 head unit paired with two XS Sport 6.5-inch LED speakers. The twin Honda outboards operate with hydraulic steering and draw fuel from the internal tank system.
