2026 Highfield Roll-Up 200 KAL

The Highfield Roll-Up 200 KAL is a lightweight rigid inflatable measuring 6.5 feet in length with a composite hull. Built around either Mehler® PVC or Orca® Hylapon tubes, the boat is designed for quick deployment and minimal storage footprint. Assembly takes under 15 minutes from box to water.

The boat offers a choice of deck systems: a sectional aluminum floorboard or a high-pressure inflatable deck. Both configurations include inflatable keels to enhance tracking and performance. The transom is constructed from aluminum rather than wood, eliminating rot concerns while reducing overall weight.

Powered by a single 15 hp engine, this compact boat functions well as a tender or for general recreational use. Its economical design and rapid setup make it practical for those prioritizing portability and efficiency.
