The Highfield Roll-Up 230 KAL is a 7.58-foot rigid inflatable built around lightweight composite construction and designed for quick deployment. The boat features either Mehler PVC or Orca Hypalon tubes paired with a choice of sectional aluminum floorboard or high-pressure inflatable deck. Both configurations include inflatable keels for improved tracking and handling. The hull sits on a full aluminum transom, eliminating concerns of rot while keeping the overall weight minimal.

At just over 23 feet, this is one of Highfield's most compact offerings in the Roll-Up range. A single 15 hp engine powers the boat. Assembly takes under 15 minutes from unpacking to launch, making it practical as a tender or for situations where storage and portability matter.
