2026 Highfield Roll-Up 250 KAL

The Highfield Roll-Up 250 KAL is a compact rigid inflatable measuring 8.25 feet in length with a 5.17-foot beam. Built on a composite hull, it features tubes available in either Mehler® PVC or Orca® Hylapon material. The boat is powered by a single 15 hp engine.

The deck system can be configured with either a sectional aluminum floorboard or a high-pressure inflatable option. Both configurations include inflatable keels for improved tracking and performance. The transom is constructed from aluminum rather than wood, eliminating concerns of rot while reducing overall weight.

Assembly takes approximately 15 minutes from unpacking to launch. The Roll-Up 250 KAL is designed as an economical, space-efficient option suited for tender duties and light recreational use.
