2026 Highfield Sport 520

The Highfield Sport 520 is a 17-foot aluminum RIB designed for serious performance in coastal conditions. Its high-tensile, powder-coated hull features a 24-degree deadrise and welded lifting strakes that cut through choppy water while keeping the boat and occupants dry. ORCA Hypalon tubes in Arctic White provide a smooth ride and buoyancy reserve. The self-draining cockpit, four hydraulic-assist storage compartments, and integrated 27.7-gallon under-deck fuel tank support a full day offshore. At 1,138 pounds, the boat trailers easily and launches single-handed.

Power comes from a Mercury 115-horsepower outboard, matched to the hull's rated capacity. The SDS600 console includes a carbon fiber dash with room for a flush-mount 9-inch chartplotter, tall tinted windscreen, and grab rail. Hydraulic steering, an integrated rear seat, rollbar, sundeck, platform with boarding ladder, and built-in fuel tank are standard. The Silver Series stereo system includes two XS 6.5-inch cockpit speakers and a pair of Fusion tower speakers mounted on the rollbar.

The boat is supplied on an EZ Loader trailer with tall uprights and tongue jack, ready for launching at any ramp.
