The Highfield Sport 800 is a 26.6-foot rigid inflatable powered by a single Honda BF350 outboard with Drive By Wire and electro-hydraulic steering. Built with a lightweight aluminum hull and grey Hypalon tubes measuring 47–55 cm in diameter, the boat carries a maximum capacity of 15 people. The aluminum construction resists water absorption and gelcoat damage, maintaining performance over time without delamination concerns.
The deck features brushed foam teak finish, a self-draining layout, integrated transom supports, and lifting eyes for davit installation. Aft amenities include an integrated rear seat with cushion, a bathing platform with ladder, sundeck, table, and tow post. A full-length keel guard and heavy-duty rubbing strake protect the hull. The hardtop provides weather protection and shade.
The cockpit houses a sport console with control panel and a sport 750 helm seat. Integrated under-deck fuel tanks hold 250 liters. Navigation and communication equipment includes a Garmin Echomap UHD2 95-inch chartplotter, Garmin VHF 115i radio with GT20-TM transducer, and Fusion Apollo SRX400 sound system with four XS Sport 6.5-inch LED speakers. The boat is built to design category B or C and carries lifting points and towing eyes throughout for secure handling.
