The Highfield UltraLite 290SS is a 9.5-foot aluminum runabout designed as a lightweight tender with capacity for up to four people. The "Space Saver" configuration features smaller-diameter tubes that minimize deck footprint while maximizing usable interior space compared to the standard UL290. Powered by a 15 hp engine, the boat delivers hard-hull performance with portability—its low weight makes single-person launching and retrieval practical, and it can be transported on a roof rack.
The hull is constructed from 2.5mm powder-coated marine-grade aluminum plate. The tubes are made from 1100 Decitex Valmex® PVC or Orca® Hypalon material, manufactured to precise tolerances. The design prioritizes simplicity and function: an uncluttered layout with straightforward deck arrangement and a standard complement of accessories typical of the UltraLite series.
