The Hobie Mirage Tandem Island is an 18-foot tandem sail kayak designed for two paddlers. Its large AMA outriggers deliver stability in a variety of conditions and fold away for convenient docking and transport. The dual Mirage Drives with kick-up fins provide propulsion when paddling, allowing you to power home without wind.

The boat accommodates two passengers on tandem Vantage seats positioned for comfort and control. Storage includes a large bow hatch, Twist and Seal hatches, mesh pockets, and a dedicated rear cargo area suitable for gear and supplies. An Island rudder with dual controls enables precise steering from either seating position, while a kick-up centerboard adapts to shallow water and beaching.
