The 2026 Jeanneau Leader 12.5 WA is a 40-foot fiberglass express cruiser built for flexible cruising and day boating. Powered by three Yamaha outboard engines totaling 900 horsepower, it combines performance capability with practical deck layout. The design draws from collaboration between Sarrazin Design, Michael Peters Design, and Jeanneau's in-house team.
The layout features two cabins and one head, with accommodations below that blend comfort for overnight stays alongside the functional cockpit space above. The aft cabin includes a king-size berth with filler cushion, while the salon offers a double berth. The teak-floored swim platform and lateral terrace with removable swim ladder provide water access.
Equipment includes a bow thruster, Yamaha Joystick helm control system, and a full navigation and communication package: Garmin electronics, radar, AIS 800 transceiver, and VHF radio. Additional features encompass a generator, premium audio system, microwave oven, cockpit icemaker, removable fiberglass aft table, sunpad with extra cushion, dock water inlet, removable ski mast, mooring and anchoring kits, and stainless steel bow protection. The boat is prewired for television with antenna included.
