The Leader 12.5 WA is a 40-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by three Yamaha engines producing 900 horsepower combined. Designed as the flagship of Jeanneau's Leader line, it balances high-speed cruising capability with protection and comfort. The full tinted-glass windscreen with black trim frames provides weather protection while maintaining a sporty appearance, and the cockpit can be shaded with either a sun awning or remote-controlled SureShade system.
The layout maximizes usable space across two decks. The upper level features a forward sundeck that doubles as a saloon, with triple chaise lounges and facing bench seating around a removeable table positioned above the anchor locker. An electric drop-down terrace to port expands the cockpit and provides direct water access. Below, the amidships owner's cabin contains a double berth and separate single berth that can be combined into a king, while the forward salon seating converts to an additional king-sized berth. A single head services the accommodations.
The galley is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and generous storage; a microwave is available as an option. Interior air conditioning is offered. An optional gyroscopic stabilization system is available to reduce motion while cruising or at rest. The exterior galley presents multiple configuration options to suit different cruising styles.
