The 2026 Key West 189 FS is a center console built for families who want both water sports capability and fishing features. The fiberglass hull measures 18.75 feet with an 8-foot beam, powered by a single Yamaha F150XD 150 hp gasoline engine with mechanical controls via Yamaha single-cable CommandLink. Trim tabs with level indicators and Seastar hydraulic tilt steering provide responsive handling.

The layout prioritizes seating and storage throughout. The boat includes bow cushions and a removable-cushion rear bench that converts for fishing use.
