2026 Key West 189 FS

The 2026 Key West 189 FS is a compact center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single Yamaha F115XB outboard. At just under 19 feet in length with an 8-foot beam and 12-inch draft, this boat balances maneuverability with seaworthiness. It holds 40 gallons of fuel and comes standard with a closed-cell foam-filled hull backed by a 10-year warranty.

The boat is fitted with practical fishing and family amenities throughout. Inside the console sits a head compartment with a porta potty. The transom features full-length bench seating with storage underneath and a rear livewell for baitkeeping. A molded-in swim platform with boarding ladder makes water access straightforward. Additional standard equipment includes recessed stainless bow rails, rod holders with drains, a high-speed pickup livewell, raw water washdown, cockpit coaming bolsters, tilt hydraulic steering, a 12-volt power outlet on the dash, and a trolling motor plug.

The 189 FS can be ordered with optional upgrades including Manta Gray or White hull finish, Yamaha analog gauges, a Garmin Echo 54CV GPS and fishfinder combination, a Clarion AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth and four speakers, bow cushion, and floor helm pad. A single-axle aluminum trailer is available as an option and is included with this unit.
