2026 Key West 189 FS

The 2026 Key West 189 FS is a compact center console powered by a single Yamaha F115XB engine. At 18 feet 9 inches long with an 8-foot beam and 12-inch draft, it's designed for shallow-water fishing and day cruising. The fiberglass hull features closed-cell foam filling and comes with a 10-year warranty. A 40-gallon fuel capacity supports extended outings.

The console houses a porta pottie room, with full transom bench seating and integrated storage above a high-speed pickup livewell. A molded swim platform with ladder sits at the stern. Standard equipment includes recessed stainless bow rails, rod holders with drains, cockpit coaming bolsters, and a 12-volt power outlet on the dash.

Available options expand the boat's appeal: Seafoam Green hull color, Clarion stereo system with four speakers, black aluminum bimini top with boot, bow cushions, high-pressure washdown, four popup fender holders, and an additional porta pottie. A trailer is included with the boat.
