2026 Key West 230 Bay Reef

This 23-foot Key West 230 Bay Reef is a new bay boat built for shallow-water fishing and day cruising. It pairs a single Yamaha VF250 SHO four-stroke outboard with hydraulic jackplate control, allowing the engine to trim up for running into thin water and down for deeper cruising.

The boat is equipped with raw water and fresh water washdown systems for rinsing gear and tackle. A T-top provides shade over the helm area, while the helm pad gives the driver comfort during long days on the water. Onboard stereo rounds out the standard entertainment.

The hull comes finished in ice blue, and the boat is ready for immediate use with all systems new.
