The 2026 Key West 239 FSR is a 23.75-foot center console powered by a single Yamaha F350XSA2 350-horsepower outboard with integrated steering and electronic controls. The boat features a custom two-tone hull and a sleek hardtop frame with integrated windshield, accented in color and fitted with a water mister system. An aft recirculating livewell supports live bait management for fishing operations.

The console includes a Garmin GPSMAP 1243XSV touchscreen display set up for Garmin navigation systems, paired with a GT12M-TH 300-watt CHIRP through-hull transducer. Digital switching throughout the boat simplifies electrical management, while a wireless phone charger and upgraded stereo with RGB lighting provide modern conveniences. The audio system connects to molded-in speaker pods throughout the hull.

The cockpit offers comfortable seating with deluxe upholstery, a dual bucket seat leaning post, and generous deck space for fishing and water sports. A freshwater system supports onboard amenities and the hardtop mister.
