2026 Key West 250 Bay Reef
About This Yacht
The 2026 Key West 250 Bay Reef is the flagship of its series, built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single 350 hp Yamaha engine. At 25 feet 3 inches long with an 8-foot 6-inch beam, it combines open-water capability with the shallow-draft characteristics bay boats are known for.
The boat prioritizes fishing functionality throughout. The bow features an expansive, uninterrupted deck suited to sight fishing or casting. Under-gunnel rod storage runs the length of the boat and accommodates rods longer than 9 feet. Tournament-grade live wells occupy both the bow and stern, with additional expanded storage integrated into the after deck. Battery storage is positioned beneath the console, allowing space for up to five batteries completely out of sight.
The console layout offers flexibility. You can choose an expanded lounge seat with an integrated macerated fish box, or opt for a standard console paired with open floor plan. The rear includes a leaning post; versions are available with a large live well incorporated into the design or a standard configuration that maximizes open deck space. All these elements work together to create a working platform that adapts to different fishing styles and preferences.
