2026 Key West 250 Bay Reef

The 2026 Key West 250 Bay Reef is a 25-foot center console powered by a single Suzuki DF350 EFI 4-stroke outboard. Built on a fiberglass hull and finished in Ice Blue with Premier Fog vinyl interior, the boat combines open fishing space with comprehensive onboard systems. The molded fiberglass hard top features LED accent and spreader lighting, while the transom includes RGB underwater lights. Navigation and fish-finding capabilities include a Garmin Kraken 110lb trolling motor with 72-inch shaft and Garmin Quick Release bracket. A Fusion Apollo stereo system with six speakers provides entertainment, and a wireless phone charger is integrated into the helm area.

The boat is organized for serious fishing and cruising. The bow offers an expansive, uninterrupted fishing deck with under-gunnel rod storage suited for rods over 9 feet long. Tournament-sized live wells occupy the front and rear, with a recirculating aft well and a baitwell leaning post fitted with tackle storage on each side. The console features a large coffin-style center seat with armrests, flip-up bolsters, and an LED light package. A swim platform with integrated ladder and front and rear deck seat bases round out the layout.

Power and battery management are robust. The 3-bank onboard charger works with three DEKA 27-series deep cycle trolling motor batteries stored under the console to maximize usable deck space. A 60-amp breaker, Sea Star power-assisted steering, and an Atlas 6-inch setback jackplate complete the mechanical systems. Fresh water and high-pressure raw water washdown systems serve both cleaning and fishing needs.

The boat includes a custom-built Wesco tandem-axle aluminum trailer fitted with LED lighting, aluminum wheels, disc brakes on both axles, radial tires, and upright guide poles for simple loading.
