2026 Key West 263 FS

The 263 FS is a 26-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Yamaha F200XSA engines. Designed for families and anglers, it combines open-water capability with practical onboard amenities. The boat holds up to 12 people and carries 165 gallons of fuel.

The console layout prioritizes both comfort and fishing function. Dual independent captain's chairs anchor the helm, with dedicated seating throughout the cockpit. A built-in head with pumpout system, wireless phone charger, and interior LED lighting support extended time on the water. Storage is extensive—horizontal racks under the gunnels, under-deck windlass, and general stowage accommodate gear and tackle.

Fishing features are comprehensive: dual live wells, a macerated fish box, 22 rod holders, and trolling rod holders throughout. The hardtop provides weather protection and serves as a mounting platform. Electronics include a Garmin GPSMAP 1243XSV touchscreen, sounder with 300W chirp and side/clear-view capability, VHF with GPS, and integrated Yamaha steering with CL5 gauge. The entertainment system consists of eight speakers, a 10-inch subwoofer, and 4,250 watts of amplification with Apple AirPlay compatibility.
