The 2026 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Yamaha 200 hp engines designed for fuel efficiency. The boat combines fishing capability with family cruising comfort, featuring a hardtop, power-assisted steering, and a side entry door with concealed boarding ladder for easy access.

The layout prioritizes both angler and passenger needs. Twenty-two rod holders are distributed throughout the boat, supplemented by horizontal storage racks beneath the gunnels for longer saltwater rods.
