2026 Key West 263 FS

The 263 FS is the largest model in Key West's Family Sportsman line, built on a fiberglass hull and powered by three gasoline engines. At just over 26 feet in length with a 9.25-foot beam, it delivers the performance and space expected from a boat in this class while maintaining excellent maneuverability.

The layout balances comfort and function. Standard features include a hardtop for weather protection, power-assist steering, and an under-deck windlass. Access to the water is straightforward with a side entry door and integral ladder. The cabin provides protection and convenience for longer outings.

Fishing capability remains central to the design. The boat comes equipped with dual aerated livewells, 22 rod holders, and horizontal storage racks mounted under the gunnels that accommodate 8-foot fishing rods. Additional under-gunnel storage provides practical space for tackle and gear without cluttering the open deck.
