The 2026 KingFisher 2725 XRS is a 27-foot offshore runabout built on an aluminum hull engineered for open-water performance. The design incorporates Pre-Flex hull technology, full-length reverse chines, performance lifting strakes, and variable 18-degree deadrise to deliver responsive handling. The boat is rated for up to 400 horsepower and features a full-width integrated offshore motor bracket. Construction includes welded aluminum box stringers, a fully welded bow stem, heavy-duty keel guard, and single-piece hull sides with wide formed gunnels.

The cockpit spans 8 feet 7 inches and measures 7 feet fore-to-aft, with a self-bailing raised deck and integrated roof extension. A raised transom fish locker serves as both storage and a cutting board and table, while the cockpit floor includes a 56-gallon fish locker with commercial diaphragm pump-out. The boat carries 120 gallons of fuel and rides on a transom rated for 1,350 pounds.
